This property was in need of a complete renovation along with some structural work. A new roof and bathroom area was added to the ground floor to give a second bathroom. A new bespoke staircase was made to reduce the steepness of the stairs which a lot of houses this age in the city have.
The property had minmal retained period features. Period style coving, ceiling roses and column radiators were added throughout the house. The bathrooms were completed in traditional styles to also add some character back into the property.
