Parsons Mead

This bungalow was originally built in 1959. It had been updated since then in the 80's.

Description

It needed bringing up to date and some redesigning to create a better flow of rooms and living spaces. This was a considerable sized plot with the floor space totalling 140 m2. The open plan lounge diner living space was reconfigured with a dividing wall to give a separate lounge and then a kitchen/ diner leading to the conservatory. There was a small office space that was returned into a single bedroom at the rear of the property. The interior was then rully renovated with all services being replaced. The garden area was landscaped as the rear was raised. This had a sweeping paved stair installed to take you up to the garden.
